• WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a piece of art, and we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible. You can return any Limited Edition Prints, or original artwork (excluding items that are specifically commissioned) to us within seven days of receipt. Please return the items to the following address: Lovejoy’s, 45 Lower Gungate, Tamworth, B79 7AS. The cost of return shipping will be at your own expense. We recommend using the original packaging to ensure the artwork arrives safely. Any returned items must be in fully resaleable condition. Failure to include all of the original packaging will result in a partial refund, with a deduction of 25%. Once the item has been returned to us and is safely received, we will issue a full refund directly to your bank account or debit/credit card.

• CAN I COLLECT FOR FREE?

Yes. If there is a piece you wish to collect then contact us to reserve it and we will then remove the item for you collect free of charge, with the balance being paid on collection.

• CAN I MAKE ON OFFER?

We love a haggle at Lovejoy’s so yes please, by all means makes us an offer. Contact us however you wish and make an offer. Whats the worst that can happen? we don’t reach an agreement. But if we do then your item will be amended on our site for you to purchase. Or better still come and collect it. That would make a difference to the haggle.

• IS IT CHEAPER TO BUY IN STORE?

More often than not, Yes. Coming in store to purchase will offer you a greater bargaining chip when making Lovejoy’s an offer. You can do the deal by phone or email if you wish then at least you wont have a wasted journey.

• WILL YOU BUY MY OLD PAINTING?

Yes, we do accept pre-loved paintings. We usually take them as part exchange toward another artwork. In some cases, we may also consider purchasing special or limited edition prints. If you'd like us to take a look, please share a few details and images of the piece via our email address.

• I HAVE A PARTICULAR PIECE IN MIND, CAN YOU ORDER IT FOR ME?

We can order art work by any of our affiliated artists listed below. Allow 7-14days for delivery. A 20% non-refundable deposit must be paid upon ordering the piece.
